More Snowmobile Documents

Below is the revised draft Environmental Assessment Form completed by Lu Engineers of Penfield, NY regarding the village proposal to allow snowmobiles inside the village of Penn Yan. The village paid $1,900 to Lu Engineers for the document below. (Boy, did they get ripped off!)

Also, two snowmobiling deputies (Ed Nimitz and Brad Quale) in the county sheriff's department conducted a decibel test of snowmobiles. Note they only tested one snowmobile - and it was a new one. This test raises a slew of questions.

The village pays a firm thousands of dollars per year to provide them with a web site, yet they are unwilling or unable to provide important information like the documents above online. It took literally only a few minutes to scan these documents and publish them online. It's so easy, even the village clerk could do it. Maybe they just don't want the community to have this information.
